This Coffee with a Cop session at the Linda Vista Library is being coordinated by Officer David Surwilo of the SDPD Western Division, the office of District 7 Councilmember Raul Campillo, and the Linda Vista Library, with free coffee and donuts being provided by the Linda Vista Update!
