Coffee with a Cop this Thursday in LV
Plus: Foster Kittens Soon Available for Adoption
Editor’s note: This is a special, abbreviated Monday issue of the Linda Vista Update. In this issue we primarily want to remind everyone of the Coffee with a Cop event that will held this Thursday July 13. We will publish our regular weekly issue later this week.
Linda Vista residents, and residents from neighboring communities, are all invited to attend Coffee with a Cop this Thursday July 13. This is your chance to ask questions and/or discuss issues with representatives from the San Diego Police Department’s Western Division. You can also just stop by to say hello.
The Linda Vista Library is located at 2160 Ulric Street.
Coffee and donuts will be provided by the Linda Vista Update.
So come to the event and meet with the police, mingle with fellow residents of the community, and have a cup of coffee and a donut.

Foster Kittens Available Soon
We are fostering two wonderful 7 week old kittens for the SD Humane Society. Their names are Lauren (a female domestic long hair) and Professor Puddings (a male domestic short hair). We anticipate they will be ready for adoption beginning Tuesday July 18.
They are both smart, fun loving kittens—full of energy and personality. We are training them to be exceptional cats. During the brief time we have had them, they have picked up a smattering of calculus and Mandarin Chinese. Who knows what other things they might learn once they are adopted by their new families? As you can tell, they are already Padres fans.
If you or someone you know is interested in adopting kittens, either of these two kittens would be awesome additions to a home.
The SD Humane Society is full of dogs and cats waiting for adoption. In addition to these two kittens, you can check the SD Humane Society website to see all the great animals waiting for their new homes.
